I don't have photos, but I used fried chicken mince as the cake layers, and the filling included cheese, bacon, ketchup, tomatoes and eggs on top. Made two layers and cooked it in oven for 20-25 minutes. It was a bit fatty, but very tasty!

It's only downside is that damn screw on chuck piece - need to grab a quick release style for it. But it's been so flawless otherwise it's totally a nitpick.
