Wow, amazing.
I will be surprised if this goes for under $50k.
Ah, I was all set but then I saw the note about it lacking a sunroof. Dealbreaker! This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote
(Seriously though, sunroof delete seems like an odd choice on a Caddy.)
I sold a similar spec CTS-V wagon last year for $54,000 CDN. (originally a US car), back to an American buyer. $50,000 CDN would be a minimum I would think. This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote

lots of them were specced without sunroofs. Big population that don't like sunroofs, or plan to track their car. This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote

plus auction fee, plus importation costs, GST, OOP/etc. I have a hard time imagining he'll recoup it all.
edit: and for sub-30k I owned and enjoyed the same generation of CTS-V, albeit in sedan, automatic form.

Yeah but you just highlighted the whole reason why that wagon is worth way more. The fact that it is an unmolested, manual, wagon. This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote
It would be cool if someone local purchased it though.
I rarely (nearly never) use the sunroof on either of my cars. I definitely prefer any spec of car that doesn't have a sunroof; problem is that's super uncommon on nice cars.
In total there were ~1764 CTS V wagons produced, ~517 manual, ~1247 automatics. This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote
For comparison there were ~10,765 sedans produced with ~1400 of those with a manual.

my GT has a fixed glass roof. best of both worlds. This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote
Hate sunroofs, even more than I hate gmc. Think I'd win for 25k? Wife needs a cooler car.
I live for the moonroof cracked open while the rear passenger's window is cracked open.
You're welcome.
It's a wonderful calming breeze directly around your head without feeling like you're doing 240 on a crotch rocket with no windshield. I have loved this since the first generation Audi-90 cars before they decided to relabel them A4, A6, etc.
I open the actual sunroof about annually so it gets a chance to stroke and listen to see if it needs lube. The end. If I wanted UV Index 999 on my hair/head/skull, I'd buy a convertible but because I'm not a grey-haired, fat white, dick-hole at Barrett Jackson paying six figures for a carbureted shit box from the sixties, I don't. Holy shit - why would anyone EVER consider a convertible north of San Diego??!?
I owned a convertible Rabbit for about 15 minutes while I cleaned it up and curbed it to an idiot female who will have caved the engine in about an hour after paying me $2k more than the leaky, normal Rabbit it was based on. What a fiasco! Water STREAMING in during rain! My pants got wetter than a Kardashian at a Geezer party in Beverley Hills!
TL;DR = fuck opening sunroofs and fuck convertibles. Maybe Ferrari, but still. This ain't Phoenix.
I can't believe those things hold their value so well. Not only are they the just about the ugliest wagons on the road (IMO) but that generation of CTS was a giant POS. Even with only 7k miles the driver's side leather is already worn out haha. Bumper is all scratched up too - looks like it had a rough life over those short miles.
I like sunroofs too but only at night, where I suppose it's a moonroof haha.
