honestly surprised it took so long. regardless of which party it is, you don't keep someone on the team that completely threw you and everyone else under the bus like that. I would have fired them long before but i guess the secret recording was the straw that broke JT/Liberals' back

Even so, this makes it worse for him. Getting booted for uncovering corruption and telling the truth sends a very bad message to the public, and an even worse message to the Party.

don't think it sends a bad message to the party especially since most of them wanted her out.

bad message to the public, well i agree with you there. but at the same time, it makes you look like a huge pussy if you keep them around. As soft as JT is, at some point you have to show some strength and power.

truly a case of damned if you do, damned if you don't.

Wayne easter is a dickbag too. Too bad he made it thru winter without getting hit by a snow plow.

Does it make me a bad person that this entire trainwreck make me feel warm and happy deep down in my soul? I guess even if it does I'm not as bad as the rest of you.

Bad message to the party in that it creates a dangerous incentive.

I'm waiting for the day JWR comes out and says "j/k here's more tapes" and JT tweets "lulz I'll show myself out. #stillafeminist"

I felt sick listening to his pie hole making noise earlier. October can't come fast enough.

Recording phone conversations is definitely not something you do just once.

Doesn't make you a bad person at all. Just confirms that many of us had correct instincts about JT and his Libs. Sometimes being correct sucks though!

^ It's a very good point. Just look at what has been happening in the UK with Brexit. Look how many times MPs have voted against their leader.

The leader should serve the party, not vice-versa.

Yep, harper got a lot of flack for being "authoritarian". Apparently Justin is the same.

Libs this, Cons that. You guys are missing the big picture. The whole system is fucked!

Garth Turner, a former PC MP, had a great take on it:
Great, the system is broken. What can fix it outside of a massive violent revolution? Nothing. That's why we have Libs vs Cons, because at least if I have to play in a broken system, I can make the most benefit out of that system. So personally I'll take the option that lets me have the most freedom and keep more of my hard earned income. Bye Bye Libs.

However there is a big difference between an authoritarian idiot, and an authoritarian genius. So "peas in a pod" as it was referred to is a poor comparison. I'm not even very Conservative on most issues, but Harper was a smart PM.

Typical. It was always an uphill battle for her unfortunately. All they needed to do was wait for something to come out and act like it's the biggest no-no to justify pushing her out.

Seen it in alot of workplaces too. Same with when you're having an argument with your woman at home.

They're just experiencing his commitment to women differently, I'm sure he'll explain to them why they can't comprehend his actions.

The only difference between the 2 is hypocrisy of Trudeau. You know exactly what you get with Harper.

JT just getting roasted today... I wonder if he believes the shit he says? I know the old saying is “those that can’t do, teach” but damn, he should have gone for a career in acting instead of teaching drama!

Now would be a good time to wear the outfit from the India trip. Nothing, I can't hear nothing.
