    Question IT Managed Services Provider

Company I'm working for is looking to switch IT managed services provider. There are thousands of them in Calgary! I interviewed a few but would still like to see if there are more suitable options. Does anyone have any recommendations for a provider that can look after around 20 workstations and one server (hosting 4 VMs)? Ideally one that charges a monthly flat rate for "unlimited" support calls. Thanks!

Does it need to be local? Would you work with an American company like VirtualArmour?

I work for an IT MSP, with clients as small as 2-3 people and upwards of 200-300 people.

I also work for an MSP. Similar to GonSho We work for clients as small as 5 users and up to 500. I was lucky enough to be transferred out to Victoria to lead the Technical team there but you can always shoot me a message and I can get you in touch with someone in our calgary office.

Another MSP here, because there's not enough of us in Calgary! Hard to figure everything out when we all say the same thing! "proactive" "reliable"

We're the best one though, trust me

For anyone reading, I'm hiring two people right now. Level 2 Tech and Help Desk. Not looking for experience for the Help Desk role, culture match is key.
