Please see the attached countersigned contract with payment receipt on the last page. We look forward to hosting you group on Sunday April, 14 2019 from 9:00am-12:00pm!

As I said before in our conversation here are a few housekeeping items for your group:

- Arrive at the main entrance to be let in, please have all members of your group present before coming in.
- We will have a staff member from the library there during your visit to supervise your group, please stay in relatively together as members are not permitted to venture off unintended.
- I have also attached our photo guidelines as a refence for you, you are permitted lighting equipment and tripods with your booking but No Drones.
