Size of spirit 210. 4 admittedly smallish pork chops, fits easily on one side. I think I could do 12 of this size, or 8 larger pork chops at one time without issue. Size fully adequate.

Begrudgingly, you are right. Far too many people fall into that "but I do a lot of entertaining" horse shit and spiral into giant, expensive items based on an imaginary soiree that never happens. This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote
This smaller Spirit is making me tempted for my vacation place, but, I think I'm going to buy a ghetto brand of way lesser quality but with more features.
I actually have been liking the features this spirt BBQ has. a pull-out debris tray underneath than funnels into a disposable grease tray is genius. My last grill just collected everything under the burners and it built up down there unless I took it entirely apart and scooped it out with my hands. It's also got a propane tank gauge, which weighs the tank so I can see at a glance if I'm running low. The side tables fold down nicely for storage, so in the winter I can tuck it tighter to the fence and it won't collect so much snow. And the danged thermometer works! Plus I'm sure it's easy to replace if it breaks! I haven't had a working lid thermometer in a decade, and this is blowing my mind every time I use it.
I'm sure other brands have some of these and I'm just out of touch, but I really wasn't thinking of anything but fire and cast iron when I bought it.

The only thing that's a total piece of shit from them is that handle light that turns on when you open the lid. They last months, period and they were $40!!
That's a don't buy!
Yeah mine has no lighting. I grill in stealth mode.

Not sure if anyone here is interested but saw the Weber E-210 (Propane) on sale at superstore last night for $419 (From $599).
Kind of agree....got two seasons out of mine. I think if you took the batteries out over the winter it might last longer (inside looked corroded like a mother)?????......but I still grill during chinook's so that's a painThis quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote
Still loving the weber Genesis my FIL bought us 11 years ago. Hope to get another decade out of it.
Any good recommendations for BBQs if you have a natural gas line?
A Weber Spirit II E310 natural gas is $650!
My last two were Webers. I think I am going to try a Napoleon next because of the charcoal tray and LEDs!
