Lost key for swagman bike rack. Fix?

Hi. I have an older style hitch mounted swagman bike rack. It has a function where you unlock and drop the arm so you can access your trunk.

However, I've lost the key and access to trunk i.e. only way to get to the trunk is yanking out the rack etc.

Racks unlimited doesn't have this. Online results with not much. What do you guys recommend?

What type of key? Barrel /cylinder?

Call the manufacturer with the model/serial number, they could very well send you a replacement key for free. I did this with a hitch mounted bike rack I used to have, didn't even have to provide any proof of purchase or ownership.
