This Salsa Red Pearl 4th generation Toyota 4Runner has been a great truck. This is the SR5 trim, with the 4.0L V6. Reliable, decent on gas, and fits 5 adults comfortably on trips.
Fitted with General AT/2 Grabber tires, and an excellent 4wd system, it can get you anywhere you need to go. This is the highly desirable 07+ with projector headlights. Oil has been recently changed. It was religiously changed every 5000 kms. Battery was done in the last year. New cabin air filter and recently done air filter. There is also a hitch mounted to the back, this was only used for my bike rack.
The aftermarket bluetooth system works very well. Auto connects to your phone on startup, plays music, or takes/makes phone calls.
This car was imported from the US by the previous owner. The Salsa Red Pearl color is only available on USDM cars and is rare to see in Canada for this generation. The dash is imperial, with speedo in MPH and km/h on the inside. It has a spot of rust on the hatch which is typical of this generation. The windshield is also cracked, but not in line of sight.
Great reliable Toyota truck, sad to see it go.
