Any welders that can take out some seized bolts?

I’m throwing in the towel, changing the rotors on my suv has broken 3 impact bits, I’ve managed to drill out one but the other 2 won’t budge as the impact bits are broken off inside and not willing to be drilled out

The best luck i’ve had with stuck bolts is to heat the bolt up until it's red hot, let it then cool a bit until it’s no longer red, then hit it with paraffin wax. This trick can still work if you have an easy out broken off in the bolt but you may need to use a chisel / punch and a hammer to unthread the bolt.

I worked at a machine shop many years ago and we would frequently unthread broken bolts in the scenario you’ve stated.
