Brain Story - A course in mental illness

As stigma decreases surrounding mental illness, in conjunction with an increased breadth of evidence-based research, society is moving towards a mentally-healthier and more knowledgeable status.

The Alberta Wellness Initiative has started a FREE course as a means to increase one's understanding of mental illness. While the certificate is a nicety, the information is abundant and can only be helpful for yourself and those around you.
