I think the ZR2 is 10 inches narrower than the Raptor.

What truck did you have before that you’re now 30% better in fuel?

There is like 5% difference in full size and midsize trucks now for mpg.

Did you have a tundra or something? Maybe a titan, both have decade+ old drivetrains.
    It was the Tundra

5% isn't happening. There is no way I would get 12.5L/100 kms on any full size truck driving downtown every day except possibly, the 2.7EB F-150. Ram would be closer to 15L, similar with 3.5EB. I had that truck for about a week and ended up with over 15L/100kms.

I only see one possible solution here.

Buster you buy the ZR2 and I buy the Raptor and we do a summer long comparo

I support this informed buying decision.

Sounds weird but my problem with the zr2 right now is the halogen projectors. It's 2019.

Even the fancy schmantzy LEDs in the F150s these days are rated poorly by IIHS for illumination. I'd just opt for an HID retrofit and enjoy best-in-class illumination.

Easier to retro the colorado apparently:

I've never enjoyed better than the Morimotos I retrofitted into my Tacoma. My 502a F150 sucks in comparison

It's basically a $27k truck with a couple options, what did you expect LED's? I'm surprised you even get projectors.

Years ago I had a guy in the US retrofit some LS460 bixenons with Osram D2S SVS bulbs into the smoked Trail Edition headlights with some waterproofed ballasts on the 4Runner...best purchase decision ever. Back when the dollar was strong that is. Bought some brand new headlights from a dealer in Texas, who shipped them to the installer, same with the parts. Then two beautiful boxes showed up ready to be plopped in.

Parts bought from The Retrofit Source and installed by LightWerkz. Excellent work throughout.

No push button start either from what I recall when looking at these at any trim.

My $90K Expedition has similar LEDs to your F150. They are kinda sad. Every time I get into my 4 year older E class, it feels like night and day. maybe dusk.

Does your $8k bike fit in it though?

So hard to compare consumption on trucks with all of the gear options... but the 3.5EB could be good on gas... if it wasn’t so damn tempting to use the pedal

Here is a year of fill ups for my 2015 Silverado with the 5.3. averaged around 13.7 over the entire year, commuting dr, about 50km/day. summer fuel economy is regularly. under 13 in the city during summer.
