I'll take a look in the bin tonight. I for sure have a White Industries singlespeed specific square taper crank
Cool - let me know. This is for my fixed gear. Stock crankset seems to flex and I keep breaking chainring bolts climbing nose hill with the 42/16.
Prefer 170mm - but let me know what you've got. Otherwise will have to shell out for a Sugino 75 or Sram Omnium.

Not really spare parts, but a spare bike? 2018 Kona Rove DL, completely stock, gloss mustard, 54cm. I picked it up thinking of replacing my JTS with the more relaxed geometry. But I was kidding myself. The JTS is perfect for my commuting needs. Thought I'd check here before tossing it up on kijiji.

I've got the exact model and size but in orange. I had some serious reservations about getting it cause it was a 9-speed, but was really surprised at how decent the entry level groupset ended up being. It's a great commuter.

Do you winter commute on it? I'm hesitant about making the move from flat bar hybrid to drop bars in ice/snow.

I rode my Rove AL in winter and it was fine with spikes

    $800 - no pedals

It comes down to liking the 1x11 set up on the JTS, it's simpler and is a great range for my needs. And the JTS just feels quicker vs the Rove feels slower. Even though my times/avg speeds were really close, considering the 6lb weight diff.

I got it in the spring, so I haven't had a chance to winter commute on it but I bought it specifically for my rain/snow rides. Even have a spare set of wheels with studded tires for quick swaps when the snow comes and goes.

Re: flatbar vs drops, it's a matter of preference. I rode with a flatbar hybrid one winter and disliked it enough to replace it with a CX with drops.

Flatbar always feels so twitchy to me...I ride drops all winter.

Interesting, thanks! I thought it'd be more the other way around with drops being twitchy because they're narrower.

More to do with position and weight over the front.

Anyone need Schwalbe Snow Stud Winter tires on size 700x38c?
Bought these last year so I used them only for 4 months.

It is the Ultegra PD-6800 SPD-SL Pedals. About 5000 km. I will most likely have 2-3 cleats too as I plan to get Assiomas which use Keo cleats. No said dates yet when I will get them but most likely before Nov. Thanks guys!
