    IMO the Supra is a great car that's a victim of internet mob mentality. It's as good or better than an M2 Competition in most metrics at a lower price and it's much better looking in person than in photos. However if you don't like attention it's not a car for you as it draws a lot of stares and conversation with strangers as it looks like nothing else on the road.

    How is anyone "concerned" about the future maintenance costs on a Toyota product, ever. You could piss directly into the oil cap to top it up and that would only shave 50k out of its 999,999km life.
    Seems silly.

    If you like it, buy immediately.

    I was just giving my friend shit for hunting down extremely low mileage Fit cars for his kid. Like as if she's going to mile out a Honda that has 200k on it compared to one that has 80k on it. Fuck me dead - the thing will go to 400k without an oil change WtFBBQ are you paying this massive premium for a low mileage Honda that a child is going to door ding and bumper tear to death?!??!

    Those of you looking at the supra, have you heard about the Rav4 Prime? Practically the same.

    The B58 is a workhorse engine that has been used throughout the BMW lineup since 2016. I wouldn't worry too much about reliability. BMW isn't far behind Toyota in reliability anyway these days which is probably why Toyota felt confident putting their badge on a BMW product;

    I thought the Supra was a little disappointing on release and was surprised they were selling for over list, but the updated 2020 version seems like better bang for the buck and all the YouTubers already paid over sticker for the original so having demand normalize is great. For the right price i would think about grabbing one.

    Who ever is considering a supra - please go sit in one.

    If you’re over 5’10”, you’ll hit your head often getting in.

    Once in, the sloping roof has a major blind spot left/right. Need to use mirrors, a lot.

    I’m 6’3” and I fit nicely, couldn’t see shit sideways.

    Check some YouTube videos, Parker from VV had some great in car shots and it looked as bad as it is.
    "The most merciful thing in the world, I think, is the inability of the human mind to correlate all its contents... some day the piecing together of dissociated knowledge will open up such terrifying vistas of reality, and of our frightful position therein, that we shall either go mad from the revelation or flee from the light into the peace and safety of a new Dark Age."

    If you drive fast enough, there's nothing behind you and there's nothing beside you for long.

    Yeah I'm not digging white on yellow. As long as the owner likes it I suppose that's all that matters.

    It's the color that completely changed my opinion on the new Supra. It's fucking beautiful IRL.

    I must be getting old, I don't care for this car personally.

    Bring back the s2k with a proper power plant.
