CAFE standards - what's the point anymore? Automobile manufacturers will pay the fines like it's no big deal or just find ways around the standards as it seems that there's many loopholes available.
Is this now just outdated USA legislation (and similar legislation in Canada and elsewhere)? Is it really accomplishing it's current and future goals?
