The biggest thing to watch for on the full size Nissan is that they use a ton of fuel. Any full sized SUV is going to be a pig on gas but the Nissan (Titan & Armada) seem to be worse than most.

What are you using it for? Just a big family or are you pulling something?

Just a family hauler. Will not be a DD for sure. Fully aware of the gas hog issues and accepting the wallet-flattening risk.

I'm a fan of the GM stuff from the mid-00's, something like this:

I'd second this, an 05/06 Yukon Denali That was the last gen that still had the big wide leather seats

It isn't the prettiest or the fastest, but Nissan's are pretty reliable overall. I think it is a good find.
I agree here. I have a 07 armada that’s only duty is towing my trailer or Costco trips and it has been super decent. Lots of power (terrible on gas, I removed the cats to help a bit) and tones of space when we decide to get 7 people out for a hike or something. Watch for power steering hose leaks (common on all Nissan v8) if the seller has taken care of that issue you can bet they are paying attention to any others that might have come up.

The Armada is pretty robust and taken care of can go well beyond the 400k mark.

    I’ll third this.

Currently on my second Armada. Sold my 2005 with 300k on it for $2500 and picked up a ‘12 with 150k on it. In the 8 years of owning the ‘03 the only major maintenance, out side of oil changes and brakes, was rear suspension but I used it to tow my camping trailer. Extremely reliable, lots of space, great for towing, pig on gas. My $0.02

Looking up fuelly stats, the 2 recommendations look similar.
Personally i like the Armada looks better, but still open to others.

May be tougher to find and the higher end of the price scale, but the older Lexus LX are bullet proof. (Or Toyota Land Cruiser 80, same thing)
