I still have a gripe with this, I wish I gave that d-bag on springs 9 a fake number the way he tried to hustle me too. I really feel that if you build onto an existing course you should be responsible to protect your own house/fix the unintentional damages.
If you live somewhere and a course gets built after, the course should put up fences and have insurance to pay for the damages otherwise.
But everyone has a different opinion on this topic and I don't believe Alberta has a definitive law on responsibility (I could be completely wrong)
