Combined with vaulted ceilings and wide-open rooms, we’ve designed these homes to be reminiscent of the swoon-worthy converted living spaces adopted by artists in SoHo and Tribeca back in the 60s. Tailored for the site and neighborhood, we’ve merged the industrial look with a more traditional A-frame backbone, married by appealing contrasts in colour and texture. It’s a blend that is both welcoming and fresh.
