We used Phantom screens and it was very sturdy. If there is the home show try to make it down and see some of the vendors. They will also try to sell you on the "show price" so do your homework before hand.
I installed this last year around September:

Tried it out this year when the weather got warmer, gets stuck in its track. I'll have to see what the company can do for me...
Had a guy come in and do a pair of custom Clearview retractable screens like six years ago. They have held up extremely well, paid under $900 for both back then. If it gets stuck/slow to retract, I spray a bit of silicone lubricant in the tracks and they slide like new again.
What should you pay for a single door? This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote

I say stupid shit all the time.
Cant recall its been a while back. I want to say it was 2 -300 for a single door but I could be wrong. I know the custom one was costly due to the size but for general door it was okay

From my quick research it looks like Phantom might be one of the best retractable screens because it's simple and comes with lifetime warranty.

Thanks. It does seem like they are so maybe I should just nut up and buy one of them. I need one on the balcony door off the master, in the summer I'll use it a lot. This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote
