Hi guys,
I'm selling my construction business. Going to be moving down to Pittsburgh to be with my girlfriend and I won't be able to move it any farther than I have.
Birds Eye View Deets:
- All heavy construction (earthworks, underground utilities, underground tanks, etc.)
- All publicly tendered projects (Defence Construction Canada, RCMP, Municipalities, etc.)
- There is a bullet proof shareholders agreement, and two other partners. One wants to sell out along side me, and there is a drag along clause
- Currently getting the business valued by a third party (MNP LLC), so there is no BS with regards to obfuscating the true value of the company
- 4.8mm Rev '18/'19
- 2.5mm Unfulfilled contracts this year (should be all complete by end October)
- 5mm bonding facility
- COR Certified. Nearly good to go w/ Avetta and ISNetworld
- Excavators ranging in size from a 135 to 350, plus some support equip (loader, dozer, etc.). Some is capital leased, some is owned outright.
- 5 Pickup trucks: 3x 3500s, 1x 1500, bunch of enclosed trailers, heavy equip attachments, etc.
- All equip appraised by a third party
I have mountains of information and documentation for the right buyer.
This is a turnkey offering. Looking for someone who knows the business so they don't get themselves into trouble. I designed our bidding processes and office work flow from the ground up, so I will stick around to train whoever wants to take it over. Don't want to post anymore here than I already have. PM Me for details if you are serious, or know someone who would be serious.
Also PS: I'm looking for a job in Pittsburgh if anyone happens to know someone
*Edit.. I guess I should have posted this in maybe the Finance section but wasn't sure.
