Default How do you set up your driver's seat?

This is going to very deep, very meaningful because it's the old fart posting another useless thread (don't post if you're annoyed, just stay away, easy enough, no?).

Anyhoo, how do you like to position your vehicle's seat back when you are driving?

All the way upright (fully erect), laid back (Lazyboy recliner style) or somewhere in between (middle of the road)?

I'm usually somewhere in between, certainly never with the seat back all the way upright and never ever reclined way back. One of my kids and a brother of mine do the extreme Lazyboy recliner style and I just don't get it, it feels like I'm just going to slide under the belt. On the opposite end, if the seat back is too upright then I feel like every muscle is tensed.

What of the rest of you, fully erect, Lazyboy recliner or middle of the road?
    Will fuck off, again.

Well imagine if instead of writing that letter to the editor, she just posts on a car forum for car enthusiasts. That's Kritafo.

Fully erect. Still doesn't reach the steering wheel.

I unbolt it, turn it around, and sit on it backwards like a cool 90's kid.

I clicked this thinking it was going to be a stupid thread, but I'm pleasantly amused by all responses so far

Wait, What? You can adjust the driver seat position? I thought they were all fixed in a permanent position from the factory.

Why have I never heard of this? CBC has never had an article on it or anything!?
The cbc woukd never condone such blatant individualism. It's another way our culture is being Americanized.

Upright and and as close to the wheel as possible without my knees hitting the column on the pedals.

2 separate positions. Thank you memory seats. Typical HPDE/racing position when I’m by myself and want to have a little fun. A more relaxed position with kids in the car, more room to move around and deal with kids dropping toys and other stupid shit.

As straight as possible with my knees hitting the dash and 1 foot on the brake and 1 on the gas.

Upright, close enough so my elbows and knees have a natural bend in them. My step mom is like 5'1" and I'm 5'8" and my arms are fully extended when I driver her car, like WTF. Not sure how guys can do the recliner lean, tried it and feels incredibly uncomfortable.

For all you gangsta leaners, is your face behind the B pillar so you're looking out your rear passenger windows in a sedan?
