It's sitting at 1MM right now because no one can buy tickets.

I think the biggest problem is Wednesdays runout of tickets. As a result everyone had the same mentality 'buy first thing in the morning' which crippled the site. So instead of people just buying and being done, everyone keeps hitting refresh trying to get through which makes the problem worse.

Wednesday I loaded it once, bought, and done. 1 page view. Today I've hit F5 probably 20-30 times and sometimes got partway through and others not. So now I'm causing way more traffic load than before trying to buy. Multiply that by everyone else and it's hammering the site hard.

The site is absolutely getting hammered, but that can be planned and accounted for.

It's amazing a company that runs 50/50 draws for many major league sports teams can't seem to rectify this. They could potentially be losing millions in funding for the foundation if they can't find some way to allow the traffic.

My PC gets in much easier but keeps saying geo-fence blocked. Trying on my phone I just get timeouts still.
