Is Jed still doing stuff on the side or is he fully at the dealership now?

I really need a proper high-quality detail on my exterior. I had Jed do it years ago and it held up beautifully. It's been so long now that I've got a bunch of paint chips and swirls that need to be fixed.

Jed has his own shop now called Autokosmetik in the deep South.

My suggestion and goto for a high quality exterior detail is @gpomp he's been pretty busy but I think he might have an opening or two in August.

Noticed a yyc detail plate frame during my $1 coffee run at McDonald’s this morning. Seems like reasonable prices and great reviews so booking the car in there for a comprehensive interior and basic exterior for tmr morning!

Overall I am happy with the service and outcome. Good price. Paid 280+tax. Definitely feels like a new car again. Totally forgot about the engine bay but it’s okay (it wasn’t included and I forgot to ask about it during drop off) lol

Not sure how they would do for a high end detail but for high end I probably opt for one of the bigger names like Jed or Rainer nano defense and of course beyond’s gpomp I hear is becoming a master level detailer himself.

Precision Auto Films is pretty good as well. Gives updates through IG stories.

He does ppf, but not vinyl. Or at least that was the case last time I chatted with him.
