    That's perfectly fine for a normal adult who doesn't eat junk food ... I've never looked though, is it actual sugar or are they counting the sugar from the cane?

    What a Clif bar is intended for is food while on the go, like hiking, so the sugar isn't really a problem. Personally I'd rather just have a Snickers bar though.
