    WCS price has been stable for a while - is this just increase in efficiencies causing a loss of manpower requirements?

    Found out a construction company from mostly Edmonton closed its doors a month or so ago after 75 years!! I worked for Voice Construction for a short time 15 years ago. Most of the guys were good to work with, and they did a lot of work around central Alberta and up north. Sadly, this just added 200 more to the unemployed line.
