Default School me on bathroom fans

Having the roof redone next week, and I've got two older 3" bathroom fans that arnt keeping up in the upstairs bathroom. With the hot weather they stay muggy all day.

Looking to swap out for some new units, roofer said hes got no problem putting the right sized vents up top and dropping the ducting down to the bathroom but I'll have to hookup the fan itself.

What's a decent brand that's fairly easy to install? I'm fairly handy, but it's in the master bathroom so I dont want to be fighting with it for long.

Not knowing any better, was looking at these

    Panasonic all the way.

Amre has a wide range of models:

Panasonic for sure. Watch out for the noise level
They measure them in sones (I think). Anyways try see what square footage you have and match it with the right CFM. The first time I had to replace one I went to home depot and get the one that pushed the most CFM and found out that the noise drove me nuts. Shouldn't be an issue with most of the Panasonic's as I do find they are much quieter but something to keep in mind

x3 on Panasonic. I wouldn't install anything else. Minimum 100cfm absolutely do not get anything less then that.

Some of the Panasonic fans can get humidity or timers built in to them. If it's in the budget i would get at least one of the timers/humidity sensors.

The one Costco had last year has big CFM and it reasonably quiet, plus it has humidistat control.
Sorry I can't recall the brand.

Friend of mine needed one for his basement bathroom and he ended up with a Panasonic one that gives heat. He loves it especially in the winter months.

+1 for Panasonic, but we have the Costco one installed in a basement bathroom and it performs very similarly to the Panasonic.

What does rage2 have? His has to be connected to his whole home system and accessible/controllable via his Apple branded iAnal mobile access neural node.
    Will fuck off, again.
