Wouldn’t you be better off just wrapping it in carbon effect vinyl?
which ever one is easier. It's going on a piece of foam though
you know any store?
Victory Vinyl should have the film, not sure how well it would adhere to foam though, could always wrap regular pvc though. The film is textured to help give it a more realistic look though. Call before you head over though as I haven’t been there in a few years
If its porous foam you probably need to give it a better surface to adhere to, but something as simple as white glue slathered on and evened out with a brush would probably work.
it's packaging foam from laser printer / power supply. I plan to cut the foam in a irregular shape on a scratch build PC to cover the rear end of the PC as a shroud. I agree it won't be easy for adhere to. What would you guys do? For now, I can think of using staples at the bottom, so it's like wrapping a gift box
I can call Victor Vinyls. They are still in business
