The top half of that steering wheel doesn't look proportional, or is it just me?

I'm going to blame the Instagram shitty links/quality/pictures, might load differently on a phone screen for resolution, they looked distorted on here to me.

The bad stitching was present on a handful of cars, 90% don't have the problem. Let's blame it on early build hiccups lol.
I think they said 3LT, top interior trim. May be the material they used is more challenging.

Not a fan of that big rear wing. The smaller one looks more subtle and less aftermarket.

Regardless of the material they choose to use, they shouldn't have had issues in an ~100k car. Don't you think they should have tested and made sure the stitching was done right? Higher-end materials, mean higher prices which leads to higher expectations. But what do I know, fucking idiots are spending 20k over MSRP for something that is being mass-produced and not even a Z06 or limited run version.

I was going to say how much I like it!

    Haha.

Jesus Christ. Did they have blind people stitching these panels? Toyota can do stitching in a RAV4 dash pad just fine but GM can't get this right at the Corvette's price point?

Got three C8's at my store already, stitching is perfect on all three

Do they all have the leather dash?

As much as I remain excited to really see this car it just is SO typical of the garbage that GM has never stopped producing, they can't make a high end finish car to save their life (with or without a government bailout lol) and it wouldn't even matter if it was a $300K pricetag.

That's good. I still stand by what I said though, it's ridiculous how much sub-par crap they can churn out (yes I realize it's not just them but the memories of the 90's/00's are still fresh haha).

What about discounts of current C7 Z06?
I've seen some new 2019 Z's advertised for low 80's which works out to ~$15K or so off but I don't know how much more they'd actually be willing to move.

I've never liked a Corvette until now for sure. I think they did an amazing job with it. Only problem that I see is considering that it's relatively inexpensive, you are likely gonna start seeing a lot on the roads which loses a significant appeal for me.
