I was teased with this, apparently it’s not offered for all M cars.

What were you looking to know specially? I still have a few friends there and don't forget you get a REMAX discount too!

Even with the discount they said the best they could do is 3.99% which is lame.
My rule of thumb is always pay off all debt every month, if you can’t afford to pay it off at the end of the month, you shouldn’t be buying itThis quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote

Well imagine if instead of writing that letter to the editor, she just posts on a car forum for car enthusiasts. That's Kritafo.
Lulz...but seriously, leasing when you own a business is the best.
$6K off a 4-series seems decent.

Give him a break guys, he's never had a car loan, so he doesn't even know how this all works.

I have a really good connection out of BC that might work out to be in your best interests regardless of the drive up/down. PM me if interested.

I like neat cars.
Buy a new BMW? Are you insane? Might as well just burn your money (certain exceptions apply - but no, not the M5 Comp).
With the current state of BMW, you would be a fool not to lease a new one... Hedge that downside and give your $15k in negative equity back to BMW Canada at the end of your term...
I’m only considering it if I can get a low interest rate, my warranty is expiring soon. I have a buyer for my vehicle so the money I get from that along with my deductible per month would be a wash. Wouldn’t bleed a cent. This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote
You guys are so cheeky, it’s entertaining though.
Is $995 for 3M supposed to be a deal or is the "Pro" package a full wrap?
Would never buy a new vehicle, well I did once, paid cash kept it for 10 years. This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote
Just considering a lease if I could get it for 1.24%
Finance rates and lease rates are different
I assumed they would offer the same rate for a lease. This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote
I’m a newbie, when it comes to this.

Lease rate is almost always higher by a fair margin to account for the risk they take on the residual being lower than they estimated.

I also wouldn't get hung up on the actual rate, especially if there's a significant discount...
0.9% at MSRP can be the same as 4.9% but with a $20k discount (total Marth, but you get the point).
The other thing to look at with heavily discounted models is if the residual value of the lease changes. So many moving parts...
If you have a connection that can get me a $20k discount, I would be very interested in meeting them. This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote
