Maybe I missed something here, but why do you have such a hard-on for this dealer?
The numbers are clearly unfavourable, so move along to another dealer (or two or three or four) and see what they can do.
Steps to getting a bad deal:
1) Tell the salesbro you are leasing for sure.
2) make sure you mention that you are writing off the cost against your business
3) Don't research lease rates, terms, residuals on the manufacturers website
4) only talk to one dealership
5) discuss payments only

FYI, there's a $10K rebate still on Ram Sport Crew Cab 4x4 5'7" box. But factory lease rate seems brutal at 6+%. So my guess they are finding some 3rd party leasing firm and pocket the rebate. This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote
The rebate would most likely be going to buy down the rate, 1.49% is for sure subsidizedThis quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote
Lol wow, the assumptions are strong in this thread. I literally just asked for lease numbers and wasn't specific and he gave the highest ones possible. This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote
Scummy? Ya a bit, but hes a salesman, I wouldn't expect anything less. I literally told him nothing but I wanted the numbers on a specific truck, that no one else seems to have.
So HAWT…
…from advantage ford
Don't think I'll trade in mine for that....

The website also says “on advantage ford’s flex plan” …which I cannot find info on, but sounds suspicious… like not a closed term leaseThis quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote
All those good deal Ford F-150 leases were open-ended, in-house lease products weren’t they? This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote
Nope, they had very good factory incentives behind them. This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote
The factory orders from Jan? No, those were normal Ford leases, not "Advantage Ford's flex plan". They just had huge factory discounts, and high residuals, driving the MSRP down, and the lease rates down. This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote

I should have taken the deal I worked out on a 2021 lease truck last Jan at advantage.
Would have made out like a bandit.
For leases, remember to try and lump sum the entire term up front if possible. Saves quite a lot, usually works well with a trade as there’s no GST either.
Man I had a good deal lined up but didn’t pull the trigger.

I think a couple people here did the lump sum on the cheap lease. Shaved off another $1k cause it dropped the rate from 2.9 to 0.9 or something. Just under 12k for a 2 years effectively. This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote
Still can't believe they stacked all those discounts. I think Ford was pretty worried about getting those new F150 orders in originally, lol

I was one of those people. It shaved ~2k off total, and dropped the rate from 2.9 to 1.3. Total cost was just shy of 11k.This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote

for anyone getting a new dodge, maybe wait a little bit until they figure out the software issues...
I don't think you buy a dodge for the infotainment.
