There was a previous friendship tour back in his rookie year. I still love it.

Big.Save.Dave.
Wow. That was an intense game.
This game had everything.
man listening to Oilers commentatorS is tough. Huge win tho.
That was tough. I remember back in the day, we would mute the TV and turn on the radio broadcast. Peter Mar FTW!!!!This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote
A game for the ages, people may like the shoot out but we wouldn't have ever seen a BSD celebration like that if it weren't for for the shoot out. BSD pulled an almost forgotten move out of his bag of tricks and why shouldn't he celebrate the way he did after such a game. And those were two posters heard throughout the league. Just so much hype leading up to this game and it delivered big time. Kiddos, do they even teach them that stack the pads manoeuvre any more?
Rittich went fuck the stick lol
Louie DeBrusk is such a homer its ridiculous. I understand he works for oilers tv but come on! At one point in the game a Flame took a bad crosscheck and then later in the shift Rinaldo 'cross checks' Russell and gets a penalty. DeBrusk talks about how egregious the cross check is etc, it wasn't half as bad as the previous one on a flame that didn't get called. Thats my rant for today. This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote
Aside from that it was a great game, physical, some fights, goals, lots of intensity, and a big W at the end!

Actually, other than last night, I find DeBrusk to be pretty neutral for a media guy. I quite like him.
The entire broadcast last night was trash.
10 minute discussion during the second intermission about Gio's 'dirty' and 'targeted' knee on knee on McDavid
Broadcast sucked, but wow what a game. Loved seeing that much emotion from both sides.
...
The battle of Alberta really brings out the worst in both teams. They looked sluggish, too many tequilas in Mexico during the break I guess. Smith played terrible and there weren’t any highlight plays, other than the fights. I’m comparing to the 2 week string of ‘goals of the year’ from McDavid prior to the all stars. Zero finesse from anybody other than in the Calgary net.
I can't remember a game in recent memory that was that good and ended perfectly...I mean it sucks that they got a point too but seeing Rittich stare down Drai and throw the stick... that's one for the ages lol
I swear at the end of the 2nd period Lucic on the bench wanted to start throwing bombs on some Flames too.
BoA doesn’t disappoint haha. Rittich shit the bed gets pulled. Talbot and Smith go at in with everyone else, and they end the period early. Both goalies ejected so Rittich back in and emergency goalies dressed at both benches. What a gong show.

We're getting our asses beat, but at least it's been entertaining.
I’m ready to tear this team down completely.
No heart, it’s awful.
Two years ago I said Tkachuk is the Flames best player, not Monahan, not Gaudreau. At that time it might have been arguable but no longer a question now.
Lucic must be strange to play hard against old friends. Have any of you been in that situation where you can put a good hit on a friend or rough em up?
Our D is not that good, overrated. Might be good to be seller as experts say our cupboard is pretty empty based on the prospect group ranking.
Typical one game beat down, sell the farm movement in a flames Thread.
