Fully built bike is 13% duty. Looks like the estimate on duty includes the shipping which is incorrectly done. This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote
You might be right. I tried a few other bikes before and the estimated duty line was zero. And the Endurace I recently ordered and received had estimated duty line of zero in cart, and I was only charged GST for the bike and some duty (import + GST) for things like bike bell, tools and the shipping box by UPS.This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. That’s what I thought too, but other Strives are coming out as 0% duty on their estimateThis quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote
GF: “my brakes are not as brake-y as they use to be”
Brakes:
…cool, cool… not like we’re racing this weekend or anything
It’s a step in the right direction… the last set she cooked was discovered mid-ride. Backing plate on rotor is an awful soundThis quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote

Did the Stoke climb on my E this past weekend and I have to give props to any of you guys that have done this on a reg bike, it wasn't hard on my E but it wasnt easy either compared to WB. I passed a guy goin up on a reg bike and while I was waiting for my other buddies to come to the top of 5620, he made it up and then went up even higher. Forgot the trail name but I saw it on the map. The ride down from the top of 5620 is amazing but holy shit it was a long one, even from the top of the gondola is already long. Hoping to get out once more before they close
Thats awesome! What race was this? This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote

Enduro at Pass Powder Keg
Was the first year for it, highly recommend it for anyone interested next year, was well done and laidback. I left with this loot too:
yeah, did the stoke climb earlier this year on the reg bike. Once is good enough, no rush to do that again
^^^ 1st for the wife and 3rd for you? Thats fucking epic! Congrats to both of you and no surprise you did that climb. It was a one and done for us pussies too lol It took about 40 just to get up and i forgot to time it down but it was too long. We only did 4 rides and the last one I didnt even want to go but FOMO made me.
My dropper is acting up so if you're interested in selling that post and lever lmk the specs. Thanks

Oh, this one is going on my bike! It’s a 175 and should fit perfect on the commencal, taking off the 150mm (31.6dia) if that helps ya. It’s an on/off (mondraker house brand) that’s 1.5 seasons old
Wanted the Kash coating for my ride lol
Im really trying to work on my suspension settings on my bike and have been using the fox guidelines as a base. I have the 38 and X2. After riding Revy(minimal jumping but going pretty fast on the blues) i still have about 1/4 of total travel on my front and the rear is pretty much maxed out according to the rubber bands on the forks. Doesnt feel like im bottoming out the rear at all but I also probably cant tell tbh. Can anyone provide some insight if im using too much travel in the rear? Thanks

If you’re over 160lbs, you could probably use a volume spacer in the rear… usually the front too but the e-bike’s have a different damper tune which probably helps? (I for sure have more support than I should on my eMTB)
Mine is the same, my sag is where it should be, so pressure is good. Tried going to the firmer end of the spectrum and it was fairly harsh, so I need to get a spacer in there
Stoke climb is a well built climbing trail IMO. Was out there in early August, did it on back to back days on an analog bike. Does that make me one of those crazies who enjoy the climb just as much as the downThis quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote
It’s a nice view, but it starts to get grind-y about halfway up… problem I have is it’s just more 5620… for that effort there are plenty of trails off resort that are more rewarding, and that I didn’t pay money to use the lift for
All the e-bikers just got a fizzy sensation. New climb trail up to Moose.
