The window winking at me has to be a reference to a meme/cartoon. I just can't place it.

The right side looks like they forgot to finish the stucco.

Is it just me or does the whole place feel like a commercial building of some kind. Inside and out.

The kitchen looks like a staff lunch room and I can’t unsee it.

And the living room looks like a dentists waiting area

Hotel lobby/breakfast area is what it looks like to me.

Edit: Rooms too. Whole thing looks like the inside of a Sheraton.

Idk if this qualifies for this thread or the real estate prospects one, but here we are.

Plenty of attached and detached space. $13mm. No pics unless you're a qualified buyer (genuinely interested in what the realtor would request for this qualification haha).

Maybe owned by the Wayne Estate. It’s got the shape for it

If you need to live near the city, then that place has a lot going for it. I have no taste, so I wouldn't have any thing to add about interior pics anyway.

Missed out on this, we walked away when the seller insisted on full ask (as did another potential buyer). Looks like she must have got it as it is pending offer now.

Why was that one garage so far from pavement?
That's makes very little sense to me...

That's gotta be the shed. Has the lawnmower and stuff in it. Not a car garage.

Although if it was closer, you might be able to use it for both, but I guess not in this case.

Honey oak everything, laminate counters and a drainage ditch on your property for 1.2m? I've seen some really nice houses in Bearspaw but this is not one of them.

Not sure I understand the reasoning behind a wood burning fireplace in the middle of the garage with gas heaters almost directly over top....

    Options.

Sometime they might want to listen to a fire crackle.

Exactly. It’s an atmosphere accessory. I love a wood fireplace.
