Agreed, but if its cold and snowy, I don't want to walk 100m outside to get to my dude shack.

Front drive on a street of rear-garage homes. Hmmm.

    I mean I’d say it’s about a 50/50 street

Finally in our new place with two garages. Attached is 27' wide by 23'6" long. Detached is 24'6" wide by 22"6' long with holiday trailer parking next to it. Pretty sweet set up and everything is working well but I wished I had a couple feet deeper in the detached.

That sure looks expensive, which I think was the vibe the dude was going for.

It's probably the best use of that space, but I'd go fuckin batty with the toolboxes and cabinets tucked away like that.

I mean if that spot with the lift is where you wrench it would be super nice, you could have a big ass parts table in there, keep things organized. Rest of the garage Porsche/Mclaren/Camaro storage

It's not that it's not usable that bothers me, it's that it looks like it's not usable.

I think the bigger thing is that I'm very much against stupid shapes and curves and shit in buildings. Just build the fuckin thing square. Curvy dumbass streets and stupid shaped lots and goofy fuckin houses where you have toolboxes in a nook and cars in empty aquariums. I hate that place. Fuck that guy.

They can't square that up because it's pie lot. There is a lot of waste space for being weird but it give it character?

I think it's making pretty good use for what you got. But it seems like there's a limit how high you can raise that lift tho with low ceiling. Any SUV is basically useless.

Wonder if it lifts to the 2 car garage? Maybe not looking at that aerial photo

Streets should be a grid, houses should have 4 90 degree angles and should be built square to the street. The guy who bought that house should be forced to keep it for being a stupidass. In lieu of that, the house should be torn down and the lot should be salted.

Based on how charged up you are about this I would say you're a salt expert.
