Stunning house. Likely only took 4.5 months to build.

Damn. Need to move back. 3.5M get you an entry level Aspen sized house out here.

Triple car garage that has a lift to a lower level garage.

This seems really useless, 2 "garages" and you can fit a maximum of 3 cars

What do you mean? It's basically a double stacked triple, but because of the lift you can only fit 5 cars. You'd have to skate the cars off the lift into the bottom garage.

Wonder what that would cost. I really like that setup.

A lot. Like prohibitively expensive for most people, and for sure a sunk cost that you won’t recover in almost every neighborhood.

    I’m a fan though, I think it’s really cool.

I like thinking about dumb ideas. Way more fun than executing on dumb ideas.

This is one I’ve been thinking about for a couple years.

I'd think it was a great idea right until I forgot which position the lift was in and fell to my death.

I had a neighbor in Aspen who put his home theater under his front attached double garage. Cost was $50K back in 2011. Make it a tripple, add the lift, plus inflation... probably $150K now.

This house has me asking so many questions. Like why dig a pit to force a walkout and then fill that pit with a hot tub that your neighbor can see?

Lots of money spent to make the house fit desire instead of finding the right lot. It also doesn't front or back onto the park.

A lot of money wasted that you won't get back because of location and lot. Silly.

You did a great job summarizing my thoughts haha. As soon as I saw the drone shot, all I could think about is how weird it is to put that much money into a house on that lot.

It’s more than that. I looked up Phantom lift 5 or 6 years ago, they ballparked it at 350k. That said that was digging a new hole under my garage as well.

3 car garage with a lift going down to a basement workshop. nice area, but house feels dated.

Yea in my mind it’s not getting done under a quarter million.

id probably buy one of those car condos instead, vault is putting one in off McLeod which is a way better location.

Can fit way more cars and the loft would be fun.
