I like that place. And the location. It'd be a haven for kids as-is haha, or the ultimate 2,800sqft car showroom/man cave. Too bad there's only 1 current enclosed garage spot.

Here is a house that has a massive basketball court with a single garage door that could be converted to a garage - https://www.realtor.ca/real-estate/2...othills-county

    This place is awesome.
Still only 15 minutes to downtown as well! Can't be beat.

That would be a wild way to spend $3.8mm, IMO. You have a lot of options with that much money.

This house would make a lot more sense at $2mm for the right person (although even at $2mm, that person still wouldn't be me).

    That's a lot of driveway/sidewalk to clear.

It's a lot of square footage and a lot of land, but those pics could be used to define builder grade.

There's a lot of interior windows looking into other parts of the home and the garage. Very strange.

Imagine trying to sell a home for $4MM…

And telling buyers how close to the C train it is

Nobody who buys a $4MM house clears their own snow.

Cool 4 car garage setup. From the photo, it looks like the left and right garages are connected inside.

I looked at that house in person a few years ago, when it was last for sale.

    Mar 2021 asking price: $664,900
    Today's asking price: $875,000
