That would be a wild way to spend $3.8mm, IMO. You have a lot of options with that much money.

This house would make a lot more sense at $2mm for the right person (although even at $2mm, that person still wouldn't be me).

It's a lot of square footage and a lot of land, but those pics could be used to define builder grade.
