That actually seems kinda cheap for what it is. I like it.

Def looks like a decent price for what has been posted in here and with in door access to all the garages thats as sick as it gets. Not too many people know about that area and location wise its actually really convenient for anyone commuting to the city as long as its not south end

and I did not have the only say in the matter (most people just want it done ASAP and don't care about quality).

If anything we made a better decision because we had a consensus and were all on the same page.

Damn that is a dream place. I love how subtle the property layout is. Like someone driving up to the house will think that's a damn nice house and be impressed but you could still have an iconic car collection in the detached garage with the bay doors open just sitting there and no one would know until you take them for a walk through the grounds.

3.8 mill for that. A bargain considering the insanity out here in 604. Thats an ideal, picturesque AB property. Love it. Would love to buy something like that for retirement (I plan on having a recreational property back in 403 when I retire, something like that would be great).

This one has 3 car garage with over sized doors and a lift + a paved parking pad. Thorncliff a decent area?

Nice place but that’s probably the least desirable part of Thorncliffe imo.

Yeah rough part of that nieghborhood. Not saying I wouldn't live there, but they went far overboard with the renos / decor and they are dreaming if they think that makes it a valuable home. JD bottles and Black Iron Piping don't scream class, you know?

And willing to finance the purchase with buyers at a low rate. Im guessing they have a bit of money!
