This guy has a few classics parked down there. I have a buddy who lives across the street.

Just catching up here; how would you get cars to that rear garage? Looks like it backs on to a field?

It's an airport door bro. You just land on the grass and drive in.

It looks like some sort of green space but a handful of properties use it for access. Looks like it may have been part of the airstrip at some point, maybe still technically is.

    It's in the description:

Whether a pilot or collector, I have saved the best for last. Your new home has a fully finished, suited, heated shop with over 2500 sq ft. It has a clear span of close to 60’ and a single door that opens the entire width making the ingress and egress of your aircraft or toys a snap. If it is an aircraft you seek to store then you have come to the right place as you are located on a private taxiway for the CFX2 Airport.Given the tremendous amount this home offers please see additional videos and documentation for more information. That's in Air Ranch in Okotoks Coutts.

I drove there once but my car got so many miles on it that it exploded and its tires went bald to the rims.

I've seen several houses with a lower level garage like that. When there's heavy rain how do you stop it from flooding inside?

If I was a submarine sandwich enthusiast, I'd probably say you can't spell "air ranch" without "ranch" and leave it without further explanation.

Would have a grate/drain in a low spot infront of the door I’d assume.

Still seems dicey for this one as I just can’t see that being original lol

Zoom out on google earth and you'll understand. The field is a taxi way owned by the airport which is also accessible from "Winters Way" which is a street that cuts through the taxi-way/grass area.

Move to Bienfait. 5400 square foot shop with 2300 square feet of living space attached on 4 acres. 111 Industrial Drive, which sounds like an address out of the Simpsons. $529,000.

Land is okay, not amazing, but then again, if it was amazing, it'd be 2x that price. Garage is OK. Did not look at house pics, and don't plan on it. Good property.

That’s pretty close to my place…the disadvantage with that location is it’s basically right on Highway 762 which can be pretty noisy over the summer.
