This acreage has an attached quadruple and detached triple oversized with loft.

I like this property. 10 acres is great, and it's all forest. House inside looks good (to me). ~50 min drive to DT (with no traffic) and airport drive is a PITA tho.

Besides being that close to 762 I loved everything about that house. Update some of the wood trim and you're golden.

Even though it looks like a tin shed in the middle of no where I like this for some reason. Edit: Like the land size and location to the mountains.

    ftfy.

I actually kind of don't mind that place. Weird that it has urinals in the bathrooms... just sit down to pee like a real man. If I was gonna live in the middle of nowhere though, I'd rather it be down the street from @never in that other place posted above. Bald-ass prairie does not do it for me.

Urinals are second best way to piss. Outdoors is first. Sitting down is fifth.

Has this place been posted yet? Shame it’s right on the 2A but I like the view from the rear and the “ample” parking.

When I retire I'd love to own something like that (in the 403). Great views, space, that fresh air, huge garage. Love it.

Im a sucker for exposed aggregate but it can be a bit slippery when wet. Looks awesome when done well.

I’m a fan of normal broom finish concrete. Exposed looks nice but, yes, slippery. Stamped is usually cheesy, imo, and super slippery.

Yea my stamped patio is downright dangerous.

I love an advanced stamped & dyed, but I think it's too slippery for this neck of the woods.
I have exposed agg and it's nowhere near as slippery as I thought it would be. Even with a recent application of high-gloss sealer. Unless freezing rain, it's surprisingly fine. And let's face it, freezing rain makes everything a skating rink.

There must be two types of exposed aggregate sealer, because I've been on some that are slippery even when dry, and some that are fine, even wet. I'm not that type of engineer, so I have no idea of the difference. My house has brushed.

Here is a house that has a massive basketball court with a single garage door that could be converted to a garage - https://www.realtor.ca/real-estate/2...othills-county
