Default Anyone live in Waterfront with personal garage(s)?

    Hey,

Curiosity has gotten the best of me here and I heard of someone who bought a unit in one of the newer phases and has 3 spots that is a personal garage.

What does a personal garage look like there and is there any photos? I couldn't find any online about this.

Does anyone have a personal garage there themselves? Do you like it and is it spacious enough? I figure demand would be plenty and many would buy multiple spots like the person I know of.

On a side note, does anyone know if there are any other place in downtown Calgary where condos offer this option?

    Thanks all.

Tuning in. Would love to know the answer too, even if there’re garages available (I’m picturing Vancouver style double size garage within communal parkade), somehow I’d imagine would only be an option for those larger $1.5 mil+ units, the very front ones next to the river. And not for studio suites

I suppose the alternative if one needs storage space but live in apartments would be to purchase some off site warehouse, bit annoying I’m sure

I’m in a furnished condo on 12th while my house is closing. It has what I think are three private two car garages on P1. I honestly thought they were storage spaces until a car pulled out. Can’t remember building name but it’s across from the Beltliner

There's a condo building in South Edmonton that has personal garages. I would think it would be something along these lines?Name: 1561390093-1200w_4042mactaggartdrivenw054.jpg

Park Point is a beautiful building. A long shot coincidence but I think I did some real estate photos for our own @TimLacroix in that building.

Hey msommers - yes you did. Just a few months ago. Great shots as the unit rented within 24 hours of the photos going up. Thank you.

That is pretty cool. Input water connection and drain and I would be somewhat sold lol!

But I would imagine condo fees would be $$$$$ on top of already crazy prices on the unit & garage itself.

Do one have to fortify the doors and openers since everyone knows there will be good stuff in there to snatch?

Really nice place. No offense to the Waterfront ones but Park Place is miles ahead. I spent my first week back in Cgy at Waterfront until my Park Place rental was ready.

Interiors of Park Point remind me of Guardian for some reason.
