    Hello Friends,

I am looking to sell my 2012 Porsche 911 (991.1) Carrera S. It is a pragmatically optioned example. It is one of the last years in which you can get a naturally aspirated non-GT 911. For this reason, the 991.1 Carrera line has become a unique and sought after group of cars - they're the most modern version of the 911 which you can get without turbos, which appeals to purists.

    Some highlights:

    - 77,xxx KM
    - PDK w/ Sport Chrono (the most important option!)
    - Soul Performance Valved Exhaust
    - 20” OEM Carrera S wheels w/ Dunlops (Performance winter tires)
    - No accidents
    - All services up to date incl. brand new OEM brake rotors and brake pads ($2,000+ value)
    - XPEL paint protection (full front hood + bumper + fenders, headlights, mirrors, pillars, partial roof)
    - Vorsteiner lip kit, vinyl-wrapped in matte-black

Condition: The car is looked after as well on the outside as it is in the inside. XPEL has done its part to protect the body from rock chips and there are only some minor nicks that are unavoidable with driving on Calgary roads. Windshield has one rock chip on the driver's side, but there are no cracks. Interior has no noticeable wear and tear and can easily look brand new with a good detail. None of the 8 wheels have any curb damage.

This car makes for a great daily driver all year round, and is ready for winter with the performance winter tires. With winter approaching quickly, I am willing to work out a deal where I keep the Advan wheels, if that is a preferred scenario for any truly serious buyers.

This has been by far the best all around car I have ever driven. Out of the 4 cars I currently own, its the easiest choice to get into in any given circumstance.
It is phenomenal on gas for what it is (I once got 850 km on one tank, doing a trip to BC), refined enough for the daily commute, but also a brilliant car to drive spiritedly. It is just so balanced, and the chassis is amazing. It wouldn't take much more than sticky tires and maybe a set of Ohlins or KWs to make it a formidable weekend track warrior, should you choose to do so. I am going to miss it; I'm selling it so I can focus on other endeavors.

Like I mentioned, I am open to negotiation with serious buyers. With that being said, please don't send me a Kijiji link of a 2009 Carrera in Ontario that has lower mileage, telling me that I should be pricing my car the same. You will see that my asking price is fair with some research.

    Pictures :

I don't want to inundate this post with pictures, so here are a few. If you want more pictures, I can send you a link. Or better yet, if you're really interested, you can come see the car in person.

Still for sale. Full ceramic coating on the 911 just completed. Even the wheels (spokes and barrels) and brake callipers were done.
Same asking price as before. Ceramic coating is worth $1,500.

OEM Wheels with Blizzak LM25 performance winter tires are on the car. Ready to be driven in the snow, so don't let the winter deter your interest.

I will only be driving the car once a week to keep the battery from dying, so added mileage will be minimal for at least the winter season.

Oil change and new cabin filters recently done too.

If you're interested, send me a message and let's get talking.

So, I have my next car lined up and am even more incentivized to sell.

Now asking $70,000 without Advan wheels

Bump. Hope everyone’s enjoying the holidays. Willing to let the car go for a special beyonder’s holiday price before I list it on autotrader in the new year. Send me a message to get the ball rolling.

    Merry Christmas!

Still offering for sale at an awesome beyonder's price - really, really close to the range I would get for a dealer trade-in.

Thought I'd bump by answering some FAQs that were not answered in original post:

    1. Car has Active title/status. Registered in Alberta. No liens.
    2. Purchased from BC. Passed OOP inspection without a hitch, shortly after it was delivered to me in Feb 2017.
    3. I have a CarFax (current) and CarProof (up to time of my purchase) available to share, once we get a forward-moving conversation going. You are welcome and encouraged to pull your own reports too.
    4. Car is still fully-insured, and can be test-driven by a serious buyer with performance winter tires. It is only driven once a week (10-30 km) to keep battery going.
    5. If you need financing, I can refer you personally to professionals who can look into it for you.
    6. I will go a bit lower than my asking price of $70k. E-mail me to discuss.
    7. I will not go any lower on that price, as I will just do a trade-in at that point. I have already discussed with dealer, so the price isn't coming out of thin air.
    8. I have more pictures, including interior shots, that I can share, if interested.
    9. Yes, the exhaust sounds great and makes neat off-throttle popping/gurgling noises. It is valved, so the full sound is on when in Sport or Sport Plus mode, and is quiet(er) when in Normal. Basically like PSE, but better, in my opinion.
    10. Not interested in trades, with or without +cash.

    Thanks

Oh yeah, and please e-mail me at: [email protected] to discuss.

    Hello,

Yes. Stock wheels have the winter tires mounted on them right now, and is currently what is installed on the car.

I will be dismounting summer tires (Porsche OEM Pirelli P-Zero) from the Advans, and they (just the tires) will be part of the deal. They probably have one more season in them before needing to be replaced.
