    Default Kids point and shoot

Cheap digital cameras are so shitty, and good digital cameras are so expensive. Is there anything that produces only-slightly-shitty photo quality in a point and shoot digital camera that is less than $100?
This is for a kid, so don't want any "features", really just trying to replicate those disposable film cameras that used to be common. Without processing expense for a roll of horseshit photos.

Well, I strongly want something that has no wifi or other advanced functionality. My kid has an executive functioning disorder, so that's just going to cause problems. A single-function camera is best for us.

There's also lots of summer camps that ban "electronics" but permit cameras. So this is probably relevant to lots of parents.

Why not just find something off of Kijiji for cheap?

How about this? It's also waterproof so the kid can use it next time you're vacationing on a beach.

If you're looking for a point and shoot with decent quality, I'd stick with a Canon Powershot or Nikon Coolpix or something from Fuji.

Grab him a "tough" branded camera (drop/dust/freeze/shock/water)-proof and leave it on Auto mode.

Here you go - this about as cheap/simple as it gets for something that isn't garbage: https://www.thecamerastore.com/15329...urbished-.aspx

Would also recommend an olympus tough

Took some underwater shots in Hawaii with it until I killed it. Entered the water while there was sand in the water seal
    I think mine was a TG-630

    +1 on a rugged P&S camera.

have an orange Panasonic Lumix TS-3 if interested, we are no longer using it as I upgraded to a Tough TG-5.
