Lots of landlords here so I thought I'd ask here.
I rented out my condo to a property management company last year. There are some statements about having the locks replaced, blinds washed etc
I have requested the invoices for these but they have refused to provide them. Should I be pursuing these charges back? I only say this because some of the charges seemed bogus, refusal to provide receipts of the work further increase my suspicions of this. Anyone here have this problem before? Couldn't find anything on the Alberta Residential Tenancies Act
