Has anyone found a way to get the V3 window mounts? I can only find them on the Wyze app store and they don't ship to Canada despite having "Province" as a selection option haha.

I ordered the doorbell through amazon.com, still waiting for it to arrive. Estimated delivery is next week. Will update once I get it hooked up.

Only applies to those that have Unifi, but these were in stock for a while. Switching over from a V2 and have 2 on the way.

    Tried them?

I’d like to migrate everything to Unifi and kill my nest sub fees.

Anyone tried those blink cameras that are wire free and are powered by 2 x AA lithium batteries?
@nzwasp , yes, I have 5 of them, both inside and outside. I'm happy with them. The batteries last about 8 months outside, which is pretty great for me. You can attach them anywhere, a tree, a fence, etc.

The range is limited by the included receiver plus wifi.

I love that I have no monthly fees, and there are literally no cables. I've never tried another camera system tho.

So this is a chump reseller realizing he's not getting any buys and time isn't on his side. Once these go to Home Depot, it's game over for him.

The $43 is from Amazon themselves.

    I'll be damned.
Amazon's data AI is top notch, adjusting daily to market conditions.
I guess you can do that when you own AWS and most websites because of that.

If you can wait, wyze themselves will be doing a grand opening for Canada - soon.

Home Depot had a display yesterday.
Website says the "Chinook" store has stock.

17 in stock at Chinook currently. Amazon.ca went up 10 cents and still cheaper than Home Depot.

Wyze has been saying their Canadian store is coming for almost 2 years now - I'll believe it when it's live haha. I look forward to it though.

All I've got are V2s so I picked up a couple V3s at today's price. Looking forward to seeing how they compare.

Had my V3's installed since the fall now, working fine. They are installed in weatherproof enclosed mounts, used a flat USB 25 foot cable from Amazon. Have been working great until this weekend, where it was -19 outside with windchill was -27. Seems like the cam is getting power as the status light is on, but I could not connect into the camera at all on the app. Couldn't restart it on app. I would go and power cycle it by unplugging the power brick and back in and it would work for a little then stop. Would the Wifi connection issue be weather related due to cold or is camera faulty? Still have the 1 year Canadian warranty to get replacement since Wyze is in Canada now

it is likely due to the cold. Despite carrying a rating for up to -20, they just aren't built to handle it.

I don't think it's the camera. I've had v2 and v3's outside for a few years no issues. It's not temp that wrecks them it's moisture and being very dry air in Calgary, we should be very good.
That being said I'm in an old house and possibly giving heat to the camera area under the eaves??

I think the length of usb line is your issue.

Then as temp drops, it just puts you over the cusp of not working.

Could do a line booster or maybe a Wifi boost if that's easier.
Willing to bet a stronger Wifi signal would help it.
