Ended up being dry enough. Fresh cut yesterday.
Survived the heat wave. One to the next one.

    I feel happy seeing this.

And lucky you not having dogs piss and poo on your front lawn it seems. I get a few Karens doing that on my front lawn that I have to sometimes approach.

Oh I do. They normally piss/mark on my front most tree trunk, but I have a little rock bed around it anyway. But yes, it is still annoying.

But does it kill the grass or just turn it orange from pumpkin spice latte's?

They're certainly big, but I don't know if they are the BEST I've tasted.

If you let your dog piss on someone's lawn, you're a piece of shit. It's not hard to curb your dog. It is all in the owner's control.

Anyone have a good solution for mushrooms growing in the grass?

Either just remove them or dig up whatever rotting organic matter under the soil is fueling them.

Probably a chunk of log or tree root 6-12” bellow the surface that is decaying from the backfill.

Remove them carefully to minimize spreading of spores.

Also can be a sign of too much watering in that particular area, I believe...

I would ignore the mushrooms personally. If the lawn is healthy and green, you’re doing something right. I have mushrooms pop up from time to time and then they go away.

    Pick em carefully as mentioned.

Don't water at night. Early morning only.

Take them to Disoblige's place and feed them to the dogs that piss on his lawn. If you get lucky and kill someone's dog, maybe we'll all get lucky and he'll shut up about it.

No, because they'll drop the dead dog in his compost bin...

Wait, there is a quiet and undetectable way to assassinate dogs?

    Do tell.
