    if its complete shit by June 30 and not showing signs of life, i'll sod it that weekend lol. It's a tiny strip i could do it in a couple hours including removal likely... would be good excercise.

    Lots of fert, killex, and diy irrigation over here. House was a rental unit for the last 10+ years, but the lawn bounced back well.

    Yeah it is very satisfying. Really quick and easy thing to do, but it makes such a big difference.

    most likely pee/dog markings.

    Spilled gasoline, fertilizer burn and chinch bugs could also be the culprit.

    Finally my dog piss grass fix with EZ Seed was long enough to mow. My lord it was so thick and lush and glorious. Now I have a amazing looking patch then pure shit lawn LOL
