How low is low? Did 3 inches before last winter and had some vole damage. Thinking about trying 2 inches or something this time..?
Setting 2 on the mower deck (second lowest.) And I mean it was night and day my lawn compared to my neighbour's. His was obliterated by mice or voles or whatever and I barely had any tracks or anything. All I did was cut it shorter, I have never used any kind of deterrent or trap, etc.

Is it too late to EZ-Seed dog pee spots? Have about 1,000,000 spots to repair.

I wouldn't hesitate to try. Watering that magic powder is the key.

Now's a bit late, but also early. When the ground starts freezing is the time, then they'll do their magic in Spring. Unless rodents and birds eat them anyways.

Temps look high for the next week (jinxed it!) so I EZ Seeded the 47 piss stains in our lawn.... watering it every day hoping it can somewhat recover before winter.

Will the piss spots come around themselves over time, without any seed or is this my life now?

This is your life now. Train your pup to pee in a specific spot that isn’t as obvious

This or put gravel partially on one side of your house (where is difficult to grow grass, anyway) and train dog "that is the torrlet!"
    Or, get a male dog.
If it's a male that pees like a girl... That's on you!

What if you have a female that likes to pee like a male?

Dogs a female. And we have a 'dog run' down the side of the house but fuck that noise, then the dog would have to take 4 extra steps to not ruin my fucking lawn. Trainer her to use it consistently is an ongoing process.

We bought a roll of artificial turf from a local company and laid it down in our dog run as ours is picky about pooping on anything but grass or snow. Through the start of summer we just yolo'd and let him out in the back yard whenever but that resulted in never ending burn spots so we had to get into the habit of dog run first, then into the yard so he'd get his pee out first.

Not perfect as he still causes a few burn spots but better to do less than 10 then 30+ every now and then throughout summer.

Got my final cut in and fertilizer down yesterday, looks like it was just in time.

    I hate winter.

Kids have been playing in a pile of dry leaves in the yard. I'm thinking I should have cleaned those up....

I learned a long time ago to not wait for more leaves. Just keep on it if you have a spare hour and it's nice out. So many fucking times it would dump snow and the leaves would buried all winter because I waited too long, and then spring cleanup is twice as gross.

Made a snowman in my yard with my daughter this morning, it’s been snowing solid (in the SW) since sometime before I woke up at 6:20.

Quite the blizzard driving back into town but it essentially stopped at city limits. Not a flake on the ground around me.

    Just cold and sloppy af
