I watched a few more episodes out of curiosity, but I fast-forwarded all the completely unnecessary "fluff". The episodes end up being about 15-20 minutes long that way, which is more tolerable.

A 2 min max on the leveler is way too long, and has absolutely nothing to do with anyone's driving skill. That was dumber than the usual things IMO.

Also what are the targets they have to hit made out of? They look like they are hitting hard enough to dent the car every single time.
Probably made out of foam, I'm pretty sure they added sound effects everytime someone hits it

Ah ok that would make sense - thanks. Regardless, they sure don't care what happens to people's cars, especially with the water hazards and those grind rails, jeez.

Watched the show and pretty much agree with the others. It was entertaining but should’ve just stuck with drift cars. Also fuck whoever thought water courses were fun to add. Stupid to just wreck cars for the sake of wrecking cars. has no place in the competition.

Wish they’d showed entire runs not just quick cuts and over editing

That hottie drifter girl from Texas nearly went over the edge haha.

I was super bummed when Joao Barion and busted his radiator on the pylons during Supernova.

Definitely not a fan of the abuse the course has on the cars.

IF the show reimbursed them for the damages (or they all get a base amount for participating like 50k) id be fine with it but if they actually are paying for all this out of pocket ... that’s a really shitty setup.

Glad the German women didn’t get hurt from the windshield being smashed, that looked brutal.

As far as we know, they are paying out of pocket to be there. "Exposure" or something.
