edit - just because I'm an AWS whore, if someone leveraged Cognito to handle their users, MFA is part of basic security. Advanced security will help predict if account has been compromised. The most expensive cost tier for basic is $0.00550/user while advanced bumps that up to $0.05/user. Under a penny to a nickel per month. A service that sells MFA at $5-$10/month? Nobody would buy that lol.
