Default Dana 60/70 housing repair tool.

The rear 70 I am working on has the dreaded housing wear on the driver side carrier bearing. There is a specific tool for refacing this wear point. I have checked the driveline shops and they haven't even heard of the tool. Anyone know anybody in Alberta that has one?
Pic of wear, and of the required tool.

Looks like it can be cleaned up with a horizontal boring mill? Machine shop?

Visited a few, it would be a weird boring bar setup with a face mill. I've come to the conclusion I need to find a place that will make me a 3-3/16's grinding stone in a cup shape.
